OUR STORY
HOW WE STARTED - HOW WE DEVELOPED - AND WHERE WE ARE NOW
OMO is a young startup, founded in the end of 2017. Our creative path started in 2008 when Natalia created a collaborative, local design practice in Kiev together with four other architects. Our community rapidly grew branching into smaller independent practices.
Our first design business was called SOESTHETIC group - a deliberate misspelling to reflect the founders initials combined with the principle of detailed aesthetics: so aesthetics!
At SOE it was all about the Team - our team was our family and the soul of the business.
We designed projects, won awards, became popular and were relatively famous and felt in our comfort zone.
As time passed life happened and the desire to shake things up sharpened.
This is the genesis of OMO!
We have chosen to step out of our comfort zone and to work on building a global community to expand into international projects. We have completed and ongoing projects in the UK, Ukraine, Belarus, Netherlands, Poland, Cyprus and Saudi Arabia.
